Ingredients

4 slices of your bread of choice or sugar bread
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- Pinch cinnamon
- 7 gr vanilla sugar
- Icing sugar
- Butter
- Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
Directions
Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla sugar together, until well combined
- Take/slice some thick slices of bread
- Soak the slices in the wet mixture on both sides (but don’t let them fall apart)
- Heat some butter in a pan and fry the soaked bread on both sides until golden and somewhat crispy on the outside.
- Serve immediately with some icing sugar, cinnamon and any condiment of choice (such as butter, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, maple syrup or ice cream)
