Vodka Philly cheese steak

Super simple. Very tasty! The perfected sandwich to impress your friends! A Philly cheese steak is good, but add a little vodka sauce and the sandwich will be on another level!
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Few asil sprigs
- 60 ml heavy cream
- 60 ml vodka
- 3 garlic cloves
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
- 2 beef steaks (entrecote or ribeye)
- Mozzarella
- ½ green bell pepper
- ½ red bell pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 onions
- Splash of vodka
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Avocado
- Red and green chillies
- Baguette

Directions
- Mince the garlic and slice the onion into half rings.
- To a saucepan add some olive oil, the garlic and some chili flakes. Fry for some minutes until golden
- Deglaze the pan with vodka, add tomato paste and fry again. Crush the tomatoes into the pan and go in with basil, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil
- Once thickened a bit, remove the basil. Add the heavy cream and let it thicken again.
- Add the onions together with some butter to a small pan and let caramelize. When caramelized go in with a splash of vodka and flambé.
- Slice the steak into small strips and do the same with the bell peppers
- To a pan with oil add the steak and brown for a little bit. Add the peppers and stir. Layer the mozzarella on top and cover the pan with lit.
- Slice the avocado into strips and chop the chillies
- Assemble the sandwich as follows: sandwich, sauce, beef mixture, avocado, onions, chillies.
- Serve with some more sauce and enjoy!
