Super simple. Very tasty! If you want to impress your guest, but don't have the time. This is the perfect dish and it never disappoints! It is full and creamy, the meat and tuna-anchovy sauce go so well together! All you want for your Christmas starter is this dish!
Ingredients
- 300 gr fricandeau
- Capers
- Arugula
- Parmigiano reggiano
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 tsp capers
- Salt
- Pepper

Tuna sauce
Directions
Drain the tuna.
- Place the ingredients for the sauce in a blender or blend until smooth.
- Divide the fricandeau among 4 plates. Drizzle generously with the tuna sauce.
- Garnish with arugula leaves and capers.
- Finish the dish with an extra pinch of black pepper. Optionally, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
