Super simple. Very tasty! Are you looking to spice up your salad recipes! Don't look any further and place this one in the rotation! a juicy skirt steak with a tangy dressing and some crispy spicy rice! The perfect combination!
Ingredients
- 600 gr Sirloin of flank steak
- 500 gr cherry tomatoes
- 3 shallots
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch mint
- 8 small/medium cucumbers
- 2 carrots
- Peanuts
Cripsy rice
- 400 gr jasmine rice
- 6 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- Splash fish sauce
- Oil
Dressing
- 1 red chili pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp cilantro stems
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 6 tbsp lime juice
- 6 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
