Super simple. Very tasty! No need to ever buy Chinese take away food ever again. This sweet and sour pork is exactly like take out and super quick to make!
Ingredients
- 500 gr pork tenderloin

2 onions

2 bell pepper
- Salt
- Pepper

2 tbsp garlic powder

4 tbsp cornstarch Starch
- Oil
- Scallions
- 45 gr ketchup
- 36 gr soy sauce
- 80 ml rice wine vinegar
- 100 gr brown sugar
- Cornstarch slurry

Directions
Cut the tenderloin into sticks
- And season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat with cornstarch
- Make the sauce by combining the ketchup, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar
- Pan fry the vegetables until almost done, set aside
- Add a good amount of oil to a pan and pan fry the pork
- Add last minute the sauce and vegetables and let thicken
- Serve with rice and scallions
