Strawberry pancakes

Super simple. Very tasty! A classic one, some thick and fluffy pancakes, but today with some a nice sweet caramelized strawberries!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups / 386 gr milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups / 300 gr all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup / 62 gr granulated sugar
- 1 tsp / 4 gr salt
- 1/4 tsp / 1 gr baking soda
- 1 tbsp / 12 gr baking powder
- 2 tbsp / 21 gr melted butter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 80 - 160 gr / ½ -1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1-2 Shot(s) strawberry liqueur

Directions
- Separate the whites and the yolks
- Mix together the milk with the egg yolks
- In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients
- Mix the dry with the wet ingredients while whisking constantly
- Go in with the melted butter and whisk but don’t over do it.
- Stiff up the egg whites and slowly fold them into the batter
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes
- In the meantime prepare the strawberries, let the butter melt in a pan and go in with the sugar. Let dissolve and wait till it becomes syrupy.
- Add the cut strawberries and coat.
- Go in with the strawberry liqueur and flambée
- Melt some butter in a pan and bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides (flip when bubbles start forming)
- Serve the pancakes with some butter and the strawberries
