Super simple. Very tasty! This steak tartare bagel is the perfect solution for a lazy, quick, but delicious brunch! Ready in only 15 minutes when you buy some bagels! If you have the time make some homemade bagels, those will just hit different!
The secret to the perfect steak tartare is the anchovy in it, if you haven't tried it yet, certaintly don't forget to add it this time! I always use the anchovy from a brand called Sea Tales (in US) and Fish Tales (in Eu), this way I know they are delicious and sustainable!
