Super simple. Very tasty! This sandwich always hits the perfect spot! all. the ingredients go so well together, the rich and sweet onions with the juicy and fatty steak, the creamy cheese and don't forget the fresh herb sauce!
Ingredients

4 Steaks
- 4 White onions
- Splash Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- Oregano
- Chives
- 2 Spanish pepper
- 2 Shallot
- 4 slices Gouda cheese
- Rosemary
- 6 Garlic cloves

4 tbsp Butter
Directions
Slice the onions very thin in half rings
- In a pan caramelize the onions with some Worcestershire sauce
- Mince the shallot
- In a mortar and pestle mix the parsley, oregano, thyme, chives and 1 garlic clove with some olive oil. One’s fine and saucy mix in some chopped peppers and the shallot
- In a pan, bake your steak until crispy on the outside and juice on the inside. Basted the steak with some butter, rosemary and 2 garlic cloves
- Toast your bread
- Build you your sandwich by layering the sauce followed by the steak, the cheese, and the onion
