Ingredients
- 500 gr beef

1 shallot

3 garlic cloves

100 gr parmigiano
- Few celery sticks
- 1 big carrot
- 3 shallots or a big white onion
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes + some water
- Fresh thyme
- Parmigiano rind
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 gr dry spaghetti
- Parmigiano

Directions
- Mince a shallot and some garlic cloves
- To a bowl add the beef mince, shallot, garlic, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, ketjap manis, salt, pepper, parmigiano and an egg. Mix well
- Add panko to the beef mixture till it is not wet anymore
- Make little meatballs and fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown on all sides
- Chop the carrot and celery into little cubes
- To a pan on medium heat add some oil, the anchovy, shallot, garlic, celery and carrot. Mix well and let saute.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, some water, thyme, salt, pepper and a parmigiano rind to the saucepan and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Boil the pasta in salted water.
- Mix tighter the meatballs with the sauce, some paste water and the pasta
- Serve and top with more parmigiano!
