Ingredients
- 300 gr beef
- 600 gr potatoes
- White onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp crushed chili flakes
- ½ tsp dried oregano

3 tbsp ketchup

3 tbsp bbq sauce
-
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cheddar cheese
- Chives
Directions
- Mince the garlic and onion
- Dice potatoes into small cubes, coat with olive oil and season with taco seasoning
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Sauté the onion in a skillet over medium, add the beef after some minutes
- Add taco seasoning, garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup and bbq sauce to the pan
- Make a well in the center and add the crispy potatoes in it.
- Mix together and top with cheddar cheese and chives
