Super simple. Very tasty! Arabic Shakshuka! This easy recipe will help you to create this delicious dish, blending poached eggs in a savory tomato and bell pepper sauce with aromatic spices. Enjoy the flavors of the Middle East effortlessly!

Ingredients

500 gr tomatoes

6 eggs

2 bell peppers

1 white onion
-
2 garlic cloves

100 gr feta cheese

1 tbsp paprika powder

1 tbsp cumin powder

1 tsp chili flakes

Splash of water

Salt

Pepper

Parsley

Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mince the onion and garlic. Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers.
To a pan on medium heat add olive oil, garlic and onion. After some minutes add the tomatoes, bell peppers and spices.
Chop the parsley and crumble the feta.
Make little holes in the sauce and crack eggs into them. Sprinkle the crumbled feta and cover with lid (until you like the structure of the eggs)
Serve with parsley
