Super simple. Very tasty! A take out dish made at home in no time! Tastier, healthier and as quick as taking it away! Chicken with a flavorful sesame sauce served with some rice and ofcourse some more of that delicious sauce!
Ingredients
- 500 gr chicken breast
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soy sauce
- Baking powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 egg white
- Cornstarch
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- Water
- Cornstarch
- Chili pepper
- Scallion
- Rice
- Sesame seeds

Directions
- Slice the chicken breast in cubes and mince the garlic cloves
- To a bowl add the chicken and all the other chicken ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Mix well and set aside
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce except for the water and cornstarch.
- Add oil to a pan followed by the chicken. Fry until golden
- Add the sauce and let it thicken. If needed add a cornstarch slurry. Add last minute the sesame seeds
- Boil some rice
- Slice a scallion and red pepper
- Serve and garnish with the chili pepper, scallion and sesame seeds

How much soy sauce and baking powder do you add to the chicken?
