Salmon rolls with orange

Super simple. Very tasty! Serve this dish with a fresh side salad and some crispy fries and you have the perfect restaurant style salmon dinner!
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- Juice from ½ orange
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- Rosemary
- 4 slices orange
- 25 gr butter
- Rosemary
- Pulp of 1 orange
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- Cornstarch slurry
- 100 ml Water

Directions
Deleted the bones from the salmon. On one side cut the salmon from the skin. Make a roll by rolling the meat into the place from the bone and make it circular with the skin. Tighten the roll with some rope.
- In a bowl combine the orange juice, soy sauce, honey and chili flakes. Mix well
- Layer the salmon rolls on a baking sheet with paper. Coat with the sauce by swiping with a rosemary twig with sauce over the salmon. Layer an halved orange slice on top and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
- Peel an orange and take out the wedges.
- In a pan add butter, sugar, salt, chili flakes and a cornstarch slurry. Simmer until thickened
- Serve on top of the sauce
