Super simple. Very tasty! The most juicy salmon you will ever have, this recipe is just perfect for a quick, tasty and juicy salmon dish! The green sauce truly gives this dish a nice extra fresh kick!

Peruvian style salmon with green sauce

Ingredients

  • 600 gr salmon
  • ⅔ bunch coriander
  • ½ jalapeno 
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¾ lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • 1 ½ tsp paprika
  • 5 stems thyme
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin

  • ⅔ bunch coriander
  • ¾ bunch mint
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • ½ jalapeno 
  • 3 scallions
  • ¾ lemon juice
  • 8 tbsp yoghurt

Directions

  1. Chop the jalapeno
  2. In a blender add coriander, ½ jalapeno, soy sauce, lemon juice, 3 garlic cloves, paprika, thyme, olive oil, oregano and cumin. Blend until everything is combined and fine
  3. Cut the salmon in half almost all the way and fold the skin side to each other.
  4. Let the salmon marinate in the mixture
  5. Blend together the coriander, mint, 3 garlic cloves, scallion, lemon juice, yogurt, salt and pepper.
  6. Bake the salmon in oil on both sides until golden and crispy
  7. Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
