- 400 gr linguine
4 garlic cloves
- 8 anchovy fillets
- Olive oil
2 green chili peppers
2 cans tomatoes
100 gr black and green olives
Mince garlic and chili pepper and finely chop the parsley.
- In a pan with olive oil fry the garlic and melt the anchovies
- When the smell is fantastic add your crushed tomatoes, thicken the sauce and add your peppers and olives
- Cook the pasta until just before al dente.
- Add pasta to the sauce and let it cook trough with some pasta water
- Serve with parsley
