Super simple. Very tasty! The favorite dish of every dish child! These are the 4 best variations of the Dutch classic! One plain that we eat with stroop (a sort of syrup) and icing sugar, a cheese one, a bacon one and my favorite variation a pancake with flambed apples and raisins!
Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 375 gr flour
- 750 ml milk
- Pinch of salt
- 7 gr vanilla sugar
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Apple
- Syrup
- Powdered sugar
- Raisins
- Austrian alcoholic power
Optional
Directions
- To a bowl add the eggs, flour, milk, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix well
- Add some butter to a pan and go in with the butter. Bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown
- Set aside and cover until usage
- Serve with syrup and powdered sugar
Bacon
Add bacon pieces to a pan and bake on both sides until golden brown. Go on with the pancakes butter and bake on both sides.
Cheese
Add some butter to a pan and go in with the pancake butter, directly layer on some cheese and cover with a little more of the pancake butter. Flip and serve
Apple raisin
- Well the raisins in some warm water and dry off. peel and cube an apple
- to a pan add some butter, apple pieces and raisins. Go on with some of the pancake butter and bake on both sides.
