Super simple. Very tasty! Ever wondered how to impress you vegan friends and all your other friends in one go? Make this, a delicious bulgogi steak bowl made with a lions mane mushroom!
Ingredients
- 4 lion manes
- 6 tsp gochujang
- 6 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- udon noodles
- 4 eggplants
- 4 red onions
- Green onion
- Lime
Directions
- Make the marinate by combining the gochujang with sesame oil, garlic powder and soy sauce.
- Bake the lion manes in a pan with oil and press the moisture out of it with another pan.
- Put the lion manes in a container and let marinated in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice your eggplant into pieces and Julienne the red onion.
- Add oil to a wok and stir fry the veggies, add the udon noodles, a bit of gochujang, some soy sauce and lime juice. Stir fry another time
- Bake the lion manes another time until the outside is somewhat crispy
- Serve the noodles with the lion mane and garnish with green onion. Enjoy!
