Super simple. Very tasty! The perfect healthy quick and easy dinner option!
Ingredients
- 400 gr beef
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 onions
- 2 bell pepper
- Sesame seeds

- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- Splash Hoisin sauce
- 20 gr ketchup
- 30 gr rice wine vinegar
- Splash oyster sauce
- Chili flakes

Directions
- Slice your beef into thin strips and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, baking powder, the egg white and cornstarch.
- Fry the beef in a wok with oil and season. Set aside
- Slice the onion in half rings and the bell pepper into diamonds
- Add the vegetables to the wok and fry
- Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients and mix well
- Add the beef back to the vegetables together with the sauce and stir
- Serve with white rice and garnish with sesame seeds
