Super simple. Very tasty! Who doesn’t like a delicious lasagna; creamy, crispy and full of flavor! This is exactly what this lasagna recipe gives you, homemade ragù sauce, a silky smooth béchamel and a crispy layer of cheese! I can say for sure everyone will like this dish!
Ingredients

Lasagne sheets
- 500 gr ground beef
- Carrot
- Celery
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 125 ml red wine
- 250 ml beef stock
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Bae leave
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- 75 gr flour
- 75 gr butter
- Milk until good consistency
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions
- Mince the onion, garlic, carrot and celery
- To a pan with oil add the vegetable followed by some tomato paste.
- In with the red wine and let dissolve, when dissolved add the crushed tomatoes, beef stock, rosemary, thyme, bae leaves, salt and pepper. Let simmer until thick
- In the meantime make the bechamel, heat butter in a pan and fry the flour for some minutes. Whisk in the milk until it is a nice consistency. Season with salt and pepper
- Assemble by following this;Meat sauce, lasagne sheets, meat sauce, béchamel, mozzarella, lasagna sheets, meat sauce bechamel, etc, end with sheets, bechamel, mozzarella and Parmigiano.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 45 minutes or until bubbling
- Let rest 5-10 minutes till serving
