Kimchi tuna melt

Super simple. Very tasty! This is exactly what you get when you combine two delicious foods, a tuna melt and kimchi. The kimchi gives this dish a perfect freshness, while the tuna makes it all creamy and full!
Ingredients
- 4 slices sour dough
- 1 can tuna
- 150 gr kimchi
- ½ red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tbsp butter
Directions
- Slice the onion in very thin half circles and mince the garlic
- To a pan with oil add the kimchi and garlic. Heat until all the moisture has evaporated.
- Mix the drained tuna though the kimchi
- Take a slice of bread, layer with mozzarella follows by the kimchi mixture, red onions, cheddar cheese and another slice of bread
- Melt butter in a pan and fry an egg sunny side up, set aside
- To the same pan add some more butter and fry the melt on both sides until golden brown. Lower the heat and cover until the cheese is melted
- Serve the melt with the sunny side egg on top of it
