Directions
Wake up your yeast in some water and set aside for about 10 minutes (don’t stir it)
To a pan on medium heat add the tangzhong ingredients and stir until thickened.
In a bowl mix together the tangzhong, yeast mixture, flour, sugar, salt, milk and an egg.
Knead the dough and slowly add in some room temp butter pieces.
Let the dough rest in a bowl for about 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
Slice the dough into three equal pieces, roll out and tuck in the long sides before rolling it. Repeat with all the pieces of dough
Put the rolls in a baking tray greased with butter and cover to melt rest another time.
Brush with egg and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
Brush with some melted butter and set aside until use.
Take your pork chops and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Flatten the chops and coat in flour, egg and bread crumbs
Now fry at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown and crispy
Make your sauce by combining ketchup, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and garlic powder.
Slice some cabbage very thin
Assemble the sando: slice of bread, sauce, cabbage, crispy pork, sauce, slice of bread and fold right in some paper.
Serve and enjoy!
