Super simple. Very tasty. This Japanse style noodle salad with juice tuna burgers and a delicious miso sauce is perfect for after a busy working day. Done in no time, healthy and pantry friendly!
Ingredients
- 2 tbs miso
- 1 tbsp honey
- 0,5 Lemon juice
- 75 ml water (add until the wished consistency)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 gr Radish
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

200 gr edamame beans
- Cabbage
- Coriander
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds

300 gr noodles
- 4 cans, Canned tuna
- 100 gr Panko (more if needed)
- 1 Egg
- Red chili
- Scallion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- Lemon

Directions
Cook rice
- Mince the red pepper and cut the scallion, radish and cabbage into rings
- Pickle the radish by adding sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar
- In a bowl add the tuna, panko, egg, red chili, scallion, soy sauce, oyster sauce and lemon juice
- pour boiling water over the cabbage and immediately cover with ice-cold water
- In a pan add the miso, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil and water until the wished consistency
- Form patties out of the tuna mixture and fry them in a pan with oil
- Boil the noodles
- Serve and garnish with edamame, lemon, coriander, sesame seeds and red chili
