Indonesian fishermen curry

Super simple. very tasty! ever wondered what the fishermen of your tuna eat for dinner or lunch? This is the curry every Indonesian fishermen loves!
Ingredients

4 cans of Fair Trade tuna
- 4 red chilis
-
4 gloves garlic
-
4 cm ginger
-
6 tomatoes
-
2 lemongrass, slightly crushed

6 spring onions
-
8 kaffir limes
- handful basil leaves

300-400 gr white rice
Directions
Grind the chilis, the union, the garlic and the ginger with some salt until it's a smooth paste.
- Heat a wok on medium heat. Add some oil in the pan and stir-fry the chili paste for one minute. Keep stirring.
- Add the tomatoes, lemon grass, onion and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the tuna and season with salt.
- Add the spring onion, kaffir lime and basil leaves. Keep a few leaves to garnish.
- Serve with white rice! Enjoy!
