Honey garlic salmon

Super simple. Very tasty! This salmon with honey garlic glaze is perfect for a busy week night! Done in no time and so so tasty!
Ingredients
- 600 gr salmon
- Butter
- 300 - 400 gr rice
- Sugar snaps
- Green onions
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 cm grated ginger
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
Sauce
Directions
- Boil the rice
- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Set aside
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce
- To a pan on medium-high heat add butter. Once the butter is melted and hot, go in with the salmon skin side down and sear both sides for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the salmon and lower the heat, cook until thickened and flip the salmon half way through
- In the meantime wok the sugar snaps in some oil until browned and slice the scallion
- Serve and enjoy!
