Honey garlic chicken

Super simple. Very tasty! The perfect high protein and healthy dinner after a long day of work or an intense workout! Ready in no time and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 500 gr chicken thighs
- 400 gr white rice
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- Sesame seeds
- Scallion
Directions
- Wash and boil the rice
- Mince the garlic
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper and coat in cornstarch
- Pan fry the chicken in some butter and set aside
- To the same pan add the garlic, soy sauce, honey and butter
- Simmer for 30 seconds or until almost thickened
- Add the chicken and simmer for another 1-2 minutes
- Serve with scallions, rice and sesame seeds

Made this dish and it was indeed “super simple, very tasty”! The chicken was super tender and the sauce very delicious! I might make this without the rice as a delicious starter or side dish.
