High protein gyros with salmon

Super simple. Very tasty. Need to eat some more protein? Then this is the perfect dish for you, with a ridiculous amount of more than 80 grams of protein per serving. If you don't reach your protein goal with that amount, I don't know what your are doing. And the fantastic thing is that, this dish is not only super high in protein and super healthy, but that these gyros are also very tasty!

60 gr flour (Vetta)

75 gr Greek yogurt (Yopro)
- Salt
- 200 gr smoked salmon
- 100 gr Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Paprika powder
- Cumin powder
- Minced garlic
- 75 gr Greek yogurt
- Cucumber
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dill

Directions
Mince the garlic
- Mix all the ingredients for the salmon in a bowl and let marinated
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the liquid
- Make the tzatziki by combining the cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill salt and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients for the dough, roll out and fry in a fry pan until golden brown
- Slice the tomato and cucumber and chop the parsley
- Bake the salmon in a pan on medium heat until a nice crust is created
- Serve the pita with the tzatziki, salmon and chopped veggies
