Super simple. Very tasty! Want something quick, healthy and delicious to eat? Clean your fridge and make this sandwich!
Ingredients
- 4 baguettes
- 200 gr ham
- 200 gr Salami
- 1 can anchovy
- ½ stick butter Butter
- Mayo
- Spices
- Grilled red bell pepper
- Lettuce
- Pickled peppers peperoncini
- splash Red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- Tomato
- Cheese
Directions
Make the anchovy butter by combining grated garlic anchovy and butter.
- Chop the lettuce, grilled bell peppers and pepperoncini
- Slice the tomato
- In a bowl add mayo, spices and red wine vinegar
- To the bowl add all the chopped vegetables
- Spread some of the garlic anchovy butter on a baguette and toast
- Layer the sandwich, first the salami and ham, than the cheese, melt everything
- Add the tomato and salad
