Super simple. Very tasty! A Dutch classic served on a bread roll with Joppie sauce or a honey mustard sauce! A thick, juicy grilled sausage filled with cheese!
Ingredients

800 gr chicken thighs (or/and pork/bacon)
- Spice mixture (below)
- Cornstarch
- Old mature cheese
- Bread roll
- 6 tbsp mayo
- 1 shallot
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp curry sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp turmeric

2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ / 1 tsp foelie or ½ tsp nutmeg

Spice mixture
Directions
Finely chop the chicken thighs
- Mix with the spices, cornstarch and flour.
- Spread out on plastic wrap and layer some cheese in the middle. Roll to a sausage and wrap tight.
- Simmer in a pan with water for 30-40 minutes (don't boil)
- Brush with butter and cover with the same spices.
- Grill in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

- Mince the shallot
- Mix everything together
