Super simple. Very tasty! The golden trio; anchovy, sage and gnocchi. Just add some butter to them and enjoy your delicious dish!
Ingredients
- 500 gr potatoes
- 125 gr flour
- Salt
- Egg
- sage
- Anchovy
- 100 gr Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Parmigiano reggiano
- Parsley
Gnocchi (or use store bought -> see link potatoes)

Directions
Peel the potatoes and boil in salt water
- Mash the potatoes, mix with the flour, some salt and an egg. Knead until a nice dough
- Make strings from the dough and cut into gnocchis
- Make the gnocchi form with a fork.
- Boil the gnocchi in salt water
- Mince the garlic
- In a pan clarify some butter and scoop the white of the butter. Add the sage and fry until golden brown, put the crispy sage on a paper towel and fry the garlic in the sage butter.
- Plate your gnocchi serve with the sage butter, crispy sage, some anchovy filets, Parmigiano and parsley
