Garlic shrimp pasta

Super simple. Very tasty! Easier to make, is not possible I think and then also bursting in flavor! Just perfect if you ask me…. This pasta is high in protein, filling and rich in flavor. This pasta gets its creaminess from the emulsion of the pasta water with the juices and butter from the shrimps!
Ingredients
- 400 gr pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 500 gr shrimps
- 2 shallots
- 5 garlic cloves
- ½ - 1 bunch parsley
- 1-2 lemons for juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
Directions
- Boil the pasta and save some pasta water
- To a pan with some butter, add the shrimp and give them a quick sear. Remove and set aside
- To the same pan add some more butter, garlic, shallot and chili flakes.
- Add lemon juice, some pasta water, salt, pepper, shrimp and the pasta. Stir and serve
- Garnish with lemon zest, parsley and some Parmesan. Enjoy!
