Fried springrolls

Ingredients
- 500 g beef
- 200 gr carrot
- 200 gr Chinese cabbage
- 2 green onions
- 2 cm ginger
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Spring roll sheets
- 2 tbsp chicken powder
- Pepper
Directions
Julienne the carrot, thinly slice the cabbage and scallion and mince the garlic and ginger
- In a bowl combine the beef with the cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and a chicken powder. Black pepper
- In a pan on medium heat add olive oil and fry the meat mixture.
- Clean the pan and add olive oil and the vegetables, cook until almost soft and be sure that they are not soggy
- Take a piece of spring roll and place it in front of you with 1 corner pointing at you. Take a bit of filling and place it at the bottom corner. Roll tightly until the middle of the sheet. Fold left and right side into the middle at a 90º angle. Roll further
- Fry the spring rolls in lil until golden and crispy
- Serve with sweet chili sauce
