Fried rice with sardines

Super simple. Very tasty! nobody would think about this combination, but it is phenomenal! Crispy sardines together with the delicious tasty and traditional fried rice!
Ingredients
- 3 shallot
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 4 eggs
- 1 kg old rice
- splash soy sauce
- splash oyster sauce
- splash fish sauce
- salt
- pepper
- scallion
- vegetable oil
- 4 cans sardines in olive oil
Directions
Mince the garlic, red pepper and shallot. slice the scallion in thin rings
- in a wok on high heat add vegetable oil, shallot, garlic and red pepper, fry until it smells nice.
- Whisk the eggs with some salt and pepper.
- add the eggs to the wok and fry, while stirring.
- add the sardines
- add the old rice and stir everything together.
- add some oyster sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce to taste.
- serve and garnish with scallion
