Flammkuchen with bacon

Super simple. Very tasty! This is for sure not a pizza, it is why lighter and the dough is thinner, but it is for sure not less tasty! This variation with bacon pieces and onion is phenomenal and you have to try it, enjoy!
Ingredients
- 300 gr flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 150 ml water
- Salt
- 200 gr crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper
- 200 gr bacon pieces
- Chives to serve

Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and let rise for 1 hour
- Cut the dough in half and flatten
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Place the dough on a baking sheet with baking paper
- Mix the crème fraîche in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Spread the crème fraîche over the dough, top with the bacon pieces and sprinkle with chives.
- Bake for 6 minutes in the oven
- Cut the flammkuchen into 6 pieces, garnish with chives and serve.
