Directions
- Wash your chicken with some water and lemon juice
- Mix the chicken with the yogurt, olive oil, all the spices and lemon juice. Let marinated until use (best is to marinate overnight)
- Poke the chicken on an onion with some wooden skewer and finish with the other half of the onion.
- Bake the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit until an internal temperature of 72 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit is reached.
- For the sauce, mince some garlic and mix yogurt with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin
- Slice a cucumber into half moons together with some red onion and tomatoes. Slice the lettuce in thin strips
- Bake or fry your fries (or get the crispiest ones from your local snackbar/shop)
- Slice strips from your chicken stack
- Assemble in an aluminum tray. First some fries and shoarma, then cheese. Let melt underneath the broiler and follow it up with the veggies and lots of the garlic and shawarma sauce!
- Serve and enjoy!
