Super simple. Very tasty! That describes this creamy salmon pasta perfectly! Just a few ingredients stir in the pasta and ready is your delicious dish!
Ingredients

300 gr smoked salmon
-
400 gr pasta
-
250 ml cream
-
2 garlic cloves
- Thyme
-
glas cognac
- Salt
- Pepper

Tbsp butter
- Parmigiano reggiano
Directions
Mince the garlic and chop the smoked salmon.
- Cook the pasta al dente and save some pasta water.
To a pan add the butter, garlic, thyme and salmon, fry for some minutes.
Add the cream, some pasta water, salt, pepper and Parmigiano. Cook until a nice consistency is reached.
- Flambé with cognac
Add the pasta, stir and serve!
