Super simple. Very tasty! You can’t call it authentic, but I am. Sure you will call it delicious! Creamy, rich and decadent this dish is and I so quick to make! This is the perfect dish after a long workday!
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 500 gr beef mince
- 500 ml passata
- 60 ml cream
- 120 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 tbps oregano
- Pepper
- Salt
- 400 gr rigatoni
Directions
- Mince the garlic and onion
- In a pan with oil sauté the onion and garlic
- Add the beef mince, pepper, salt and oregano, cook until the beef is brown
- Add the passata cook everything for some minutes
- In the meantime cook the pasta in some salted water
- Add the cream to the sauce together with some parmesan
- Once the pasta is done add the pasta and a little pasta water to the sauce and stir
- Serve the pasta garnish with oregano and parmesan cheese
