Not so simple. Very very tasty! This dish is so flavorful that everything else you will eat the day you eat this dish will taste blend! Creamy, rich and delicious that is all this dish is!
Ingredients
- 600 gr chicken thighs
- Lemon juice
- 120 gr Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- Tbsp coriander
- ½ tbsp cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 tbsp dried fenugreek
- ½ tbsp chili powder

- 3 onions
- 1 red chili
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cm ginger
- Tbsp turmeric
- Tomato paste
- 3 tomatoes
- 300 ml chicken stock
- Salt
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp masala mix

400 gr rice

Masala mix
- Star anise
- Cinnamon stick

Directions
- Marinate the chicken in a bowl and let sit in the fridge until use
- Slice the onion in half rings
- Mince the garlic, ginger and chili pepper
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes
- In a mortar and pestle crack the masala mix
- Grill the chicken underneath the broiler in the oven
- To a pan with oil add the onions, garlic chili pepper and ginger. Fry and add the spices followed by the tomato paste, the tomato cubes, chicken stock and cream
- Slice the chicken into bite size pieces and add to the sauce
- Make the rice and add some of the masala mix into the water of the rice togheter with a cinnamon stick
- Chop the coriander
- Serve with the rice and some naan bread and garnish with coriander
