Optional Puff pastry

1. In a bowl mix together 50 gr of butter, water, flour and salt.
2. When combined, make a square of it and cover the dough with plastic foil. Let rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
3. Make a square about 15x15 cm and ½ cm thick from the rest of the butter. Fold it in some baking paper
4. Roll your dough on a floured surface until about 30 x 15 cm
5. Put the butter on one half and fold the dough over it. Roll the dough and fold into four. Twist the dough a quarter, roll and fold again. Cover in plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
6. Do step 5 another 2 times
7. Let is rest 1 hour in the fridge

Begin here with store bought puff pastry

1. Roll the dough to about 40x25 cm and cut the long side in half.
2. Brush one half with the egg yolks
3. Put ⅔ of the cheese on it and season with salt and pepper
4. Layer the other half on top and roll out a little so it will be one thing.
5. Slice the dough into strips from a about 2 cm wide and 20-25 cm long
6. Twist the strips and layer on baking paper
7. Put a little cheese on them and bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes or until golden and crispy
8. Serve and enjoy
