Super simple. Very tasty! No fastfood today, but a delicious homemade cheese burger!
Ingredients
- 600 gr ground beef

Salt

Pepper

Oil
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 burger buns

Lettuce

Tomato
- 150 gr mayo
- 100 gr ketchup
- 1 ½ tbsp mustard
- 50 gr pickles

4 slices cheese
Directions
- Slice the onion into half rings and mince the garlic
- To a pan with butter add the onions and garlic, let caramelize
- Make the sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, salt and pepper
- Form 8 balls from the beef
- To a hot skillet with butter add the meatballs and press flat with a spatula and some baking paper. Season the patties with salt and pepper, grill until crispy on the outside. When flipped, add your cheese of choice and cover the pan with a lit.
- Assemble the buns by adding sauce to both buns, add sliced tomato on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce and 2 burger patties with cheese, top off with the caramelized onions.
