Super simple. Very tasty! You will not get a more natural pasta than this, octopus, water, mint, pasta, pepper and pecorino is all you need! The crunch octopus is the star of this dish and you won’t regret trying it!
Directions
- Boil the octopus in water (about 45 to 60 minutes or until the octopus is fork tender and not chewy anymore)
- Let the octopus cool down in its on water
- Cut the octopus in small pieces
- In a pan on medium heat with olive oil add the octopus and fry until golden brown and crispy, set aside
- Cook the pasta in the octopus water
- To the same pan as the octopus add the pasta with some of its water, mint and add pecorino cheese. Mix well until creamy and add pepper
- Serve and garnish with the octopus
