Buffalo chicken sliders

Super simple. Very tasty! These pullled chicken buffalo sliders are perfect for a gathering with friend or a fantastic meal with your family! There is no doubt everybody will love it!
Ingredients
- 600 gr chicken breast
- Sliders (Hawaiian rolls or any other roll)
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- ½ tbsp thyme

160 ml Franks red hot sauce

6 tbsp honey

4 tbsp butter
- Mozzarella cheese
- Coriander

Directions
Slice the onions into half rings
- Season the chicken breast with all the seasonings
- Bake the chicken in butter until crispy and golden. Set aside and let cool down
- In the same pan soften some the onions in some butter
- For the buffalo sauce, add 4 tbsp butter, the hot sauce and honey to a pan
- Chop the coriander
- Shred the chicken
- Add the chicken to the onions followed by the buffalo sauce and half the coriander
- In a pan melt some 2 tbsp butter and the other half of the coriander
- Slice your rolls in half and place in a oiled baking tray
- Layer the chicken on top followed by the mozzarella and the top buns. Spread the coriander butter on top
- Bake until the cheese is melted

For the real deal buffalo sauce:
- 6 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
- 60 gr margarine, not butter
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/8 tsp celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tsp tabasco sauce
