Super simple. Very tasty! Everything with teriyaki sauce taste good, right? This recipe is high int protein, low in fat, full of nutrients and of course very tasty!
Ingredients
- 500 gr beef
- Cornstarch
- 300-400 gr noodles
- 500 gr broccolini
- 120 ml mirin
- 120 ml soy sauce
- 120 ml sake
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cm ginger
- Cornstarch slurry
Sauce
Directions
- Coat the beef in cornstarch
- Fry the beef in a pan until it developed some color, set aside
- Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients except for the slurry
- Wok the broccolini in some oil
- Boil the noodles
- Add the sauce to the beef pan, bring to a boil, add the slurry and let thicken. When a little thicker, coat the noodles, set the noodle aside, add the beef back in and coat.
- Chop some scallions
- Serve and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds
