Super simple. Very tasty! A dish full of flavor, creaminess and protein. Deglaze the pan with some vodka and everybody will be happy and fulfilled!
Ingredients
- 600 gr / 21 oz beef filet
- Flour
- 300 gr / 10.6 oz mushrooms
- 50 gr - 1.75 oz butter
- 300 ml beef stock
- Splash of vodka
- 1 big onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp worcestershire
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 gr / 10.6 oz pasta
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
Directions
- Slice the beef very thin, mince the garlic and slice the onion in thin half rings
- Coat the beef in salt, pepper and flour
- Sear the beef in a pan with oil until brown on both sides
- Set aside and add the onions to the same pan, sautee for some minutes, then add the garlic
- Add the mushrooms and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated. Let brown and deglaze with the red wine
- Add the flour and paprika powders and mix well before adding the beef stock
- Let simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened
- Add the Worcestershire, mustard, parsley, pepper and salt
- Add the beef back

- Coat the pasta with some butter
- Serve and garnish with parsley
