Super simple. Very tasty! This dish is the definition of my sentence! Flavorful, done in no time and super simple to prepare.
Ingredients
- 600 gr Marbled flank steak
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 50 gr sugar
- 50 ml dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- Black pepper
- 1 pear
- 3 white onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- Ginger
- 90 ml water
- Green onions
- Sesame seeds
- 400 gr rice
- White onion
- Carrot
- Kimchi
Directions
- Thinly slice the meat, this is easier when the meat is frozen
- In a bowl mix the sesame oil, sugar, dark soy sauce, black pepper, whisk well for some minutes
- Blend the pear, chopped white onion, garlic, ginger and 90 ml of water
- Thinly slice a white onion in half rings and scallion in rings
- Add the sauce to the marinated and whisk, add the meat, scallion, onion and some sesame seeds after a few minutes. Cover the bowl and let it marinate
- In a pan with oil, bake some thinly sliced carrots and the meat.
- Serve with rice and garnish with kimchi, sesame seeds and scallion
