Super simple. Very tasty! It only takes 5 minutes to make and will elevate your lunch for the upcoming weeks! A tasty and super healthy tuna toast that is high in protein, low in fat and super fulfilling!
Ingredients

2 cans tuna in water (drained) (I used the tuna from a brand called Sea Tales (USA) and Fish Tales (in EU)
- 1 ½ tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 100 gr Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chili crisp
- 1 lime
- 1 celery stick
- 1 shallot
- ¾ tsp honey
- Pepper
- Spring onion
- 2 slices fresh bread
Directions
Mince the shallot, celery and the white part of the spring onion.
In a big bowl mix the tuna, with soy sauce, fish sauce, Greek yoghurt, chili crisp, lime juice, honey, pepper, celery, shallot and spring onion.
Toast your bread
Spread the tuna onto your bread and finish with some chili pepper slices and the green part of the spring onion, enjoy!
