Super simple. Very tasty! These pastry’s are perfect as snack or dessert with some ice cream! They are ready in no time and everyone will like them!
Ingredients
- 8 puff pastry sheets
- 3 apples
- Handful of raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ lemon juice
- 7 gr vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar + a sprinkle
Directions
- Peel the apples and slice into cubes
- Well the raisins in warm water and dry off
- To a bowl add the apple cubes, raisins, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Mix well and strain all the liquid.
- Take a piece of puff pastry, fill with some apple mixture and fold 1 edge to another. close by pinching with a fork.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celcius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
